I just got a lovely note from the bakery I reviewed this morning.  Here are a few things that I wasn’t clear about.

1) Everything they bake now is gluten-free.

2) Amaranth not quinoa bars. yum. I wish I had one right now!

3) Our coffee is Cellar Door, an organic, fair-trade, locally roasted coffee, which we offer as drip not french press.
